“Kiranabala Mishra is a versatile in Odia Literature, she is a celebrated writer ,story teller, children’s writer, novelist and play write ,her writing reflects morals and her poems are full of rhymes , her writings reflects a unique style, expression and feelings. She is the daughter of Late Narasingha Mishra and  Late Chayamani Devi and is born in the village of Kantigadia in the district of Jajpur,on the second lunar day of the bright fortnight in the month of Chaitra —-, now she is the wife of Shri Lokanath Mishra of Village Sasan Puru Sottam Pur (Barchana) of Jajpur District,Odisha. She is the grand daughter in law of Late Madhusudan Mishra- a great scholar and social activist of his time.

Her writings have been published in various Magazines, Journals and News Papers.
